The commitment of the constructors enabled the implementation of a consistently planned rammed earth building. The foundations and the basement walls are done in reinforced concrete. The outer walls of the ground floor are 63 cm thick and in Pisee technique. They were made from the excavation material of the construction site, mixed with brick chippings. All inside and outside faces were not plastered and left in a natural state. On top of the walls, which are strongly structured and interrupted through wide openings on the footprints, lays the first floor in a wood stilt construction. This floor is filled in with light earthen cladding. The excavation material was further used as a filling material for the intermediate ceiling and finishing details.
